The boots are beautiful and came in two days. They run wide I took an 8 and I find them to be a little loose but are very comfy, can’t wait for the weather to get colder so I can wear them.

Better than going to the mall – Buying shoes without the headache of waiting for a salesperson to get your size. Then waiting again on those long lines. Saving gas money and parking fees too! Why go anywhere else?

The shoes came overnight! I was very satisfied with the delivery time. They looked great and the texture was very nice, but I could not get my foot into them. They were way too skinny on the curve.

I was so excited to get these boots but when they arrived I couldn’t even get my foot inside.
My foot is typically a size 6.5 and I have a 5 in my original tall Uggs. I ordered a 6 in these. There is something about the narrowness of the ankle (even when undoing the ties) that makes it very hard to get your foot inside. I was FINALLY able to yank my foot in after about 5 minutes of pulling… when I did get them on; they fit perfectly and were very cute/comfy. The next size up was WAY too big and clunky, so I decided to go with a different style. Basically, if you have a wide foot at all, be careful when ordering these Chi boots… but all-in-all I love Naot
