I bought this boot for my daughter. It was the first pair of Naot boots that we have bought. She absolutely loves these boots. She normally wears an 8 or 8.5 and we ended up needing a size 9. Like the other reviews state, the 8 was a little snug going on and we really debated about getting a bigger size, but the 9 was perfect! What I really want to tell you about though, is the service we received from Zappos! They were so helpful and we received the boots the day after we ordered them, (both pairs). The customer service reps we spoke to were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Since we bought these boots, my sister and my daughter have bought several more pairs of shoes/boots and we just couldn’t be happier with the service.

I’ve been looking for a knee-high boot for my skinny legs for a long time now, and unfortunately, these weren’t it. I really need an 11″ circumference, and I might have considered keeping these even with the small gap at the top if the ankles weren’t so bunchy and the foot so narrow. Great service, but these are going back!

SOOOO Comfortable!!!!! I love this boot. It is so comfortable and it really keeps the feet warm. It is so warm that you can wear them without socks! Origami boots are very stylish and I often get comments about them. It is very important that you order the next size up to ensure maximum comfort.

My daughter LOVES these boots! I bought these for my daughter and she loves them! Her feet were getting cold in her classes and these keep her toasty. They are very fashionable with tights and leggings. She has pretty flat feet and is usually a size 7-7.5 and I ordered her a 7; she had no trouble sliding them on. I read that some people had trouble getting their feet through the ankle area, but she had no problems. Expensive, but worth every penny if she is not complaining about cold feet and legs! If I could rate these higher, I would!
