Great feel, dorky look – I love Naot and was happy to see this new shoe with a different type of sole offered. Silly me, I ordered the blue–the pictures make it look somewhat like an athletic shoe. But once I put it on, I thought it was probably the dorkiest shoe I had ever worn! Something about the lighter stripes going over the top just really looks goofy when you are looking down on them. However, the comfort is excellent. Being middle-aged and a bit dorky myself, I can wear these and not feel self-conscious. If you’re the kind of person who can’t feel cool unless your shoes are, you might want to go with a color that doesn’t have the prominent stripes.
